Happy Chinese New Year! I'm donning my custom eShakti trench in lucky garnet red to ring in the Year of the Horse. I don't own much red clothing but for Chinese New Year, I always make it a point to wear whatever pieces I have in that colour to bring good luck my way. Happy Weekend and Lunar New Year to all who celebrate!

Sometimes two is better than one. I layered up a couple of my favourite jackets for a look that's not only functional (more layers = more warmth) but is also stylish. I love the look these two jackets create when worn together, and was more than happy that the extra layers allowed me to wear this Wilfred Free dress in the middle of winter (see my looks with this dress in the summer and fall).

Princess Shoes

Meet the newest addition to my shoe family, Jimmy Choo. They were waiting for me under the Christmas tree (doesn't my husband have fantastic taste?!) and though I initially toyed with the idea of returning them for a more practical pair of shoes, I couldn't let go of the sexy style and vibrant raspberry colour. Plus, Kate Middleton has the same pair but in silver (see here). If the Duchess wears them, so will I! Just not with princess dresses...
