Happy Love Day, darlings! What are your plans for today and most importantly, what are you going to wear? As much as I love pink and purple, I'm not usually one to wear either colour head-to-toe or dress up in a super girly frock. My style choice to celebrate Valentine's Day is to mix up edgy with femme. Chocolate Candy Bark

I found this recipe on Pinterest when I was pinning ideas for Valentine's Day treats (see post here) and decided to make these for my husband. Of course, this fun chocolate candy bark can be made for any occasion (Oscars viewing party treats anyone?) so I thought I'd share my results here. With Valentine's Day quickly approaching, I've found myself occupied with pinning recipes for love-filled treats on Pinterest. They say the easiest way to a man's heart is his stomach after all. Of course these sweet and savoury delights can be made for anyone, from your bestie or mom to your kids. I'm smitten with the macaron pops. I didn't think these little confections could get any cuter until I saw them on a stick!

Happy Valentine's Day loves! Any big plans to celebrate Cupid and his arrow? The hubs and I are going out to dinner while our little girl sleeps over at Grandpa's. Yay! I hope you enjoy the day with the one(s) you adore, and indulge in some sugary treats. Afterall, it is the sweetest holiday :)
